My camper comes with everything you will need to enjoy your stay. You can rent my camper and take it wherever you want, or we can arrange for me to set it up and have everything together before you arrive. You won't find a house this cheap!!! Cute, little Amish cabin located on the same property as the Flash Lodge. If you need extra space during your stay, or you want a quiet little couple's get away, or a nice quiet place for a family with small children, this is perfect - Sleeps up to 7 people. There is a twin over full bunkbed & two beanbag convertible chairs that make two twin beds. Also, there is a futon that will sleep 2 small people. Lunch sized and small refrigerator, pure water dispenser, microwave, toaster oven and coffee maker provided. Small outdoor grill and fire pit with wood and charcoal provided. We also have a two desks. If your party has more than 23 people, we have an extra Flash Lodge Add on Cabin just off the shower house that can sleep an extra 5-7 people. The house has a foosball table and a large supply of board games. There is also an electric fireplace for cozying up on cold Ohio nights. There are bedding for all beds, and plenty of towels for everyone. We have a crockpot and large roasters in the kitchen as well as a Keurig machine and coffee maker with complimentary K cups, coffee, and condiments. There are plenty of plates, silverware, glasses and cups for everyone. The detached shower house has 3 bathroom stalls and 4 showers separated into men's and women's. There is a nice concrete patio with 2 grills, and a large wooden deck with outdoor furniture and chairs. There are 2 picnic tables in the back yard. and lots of outdoor space! You can relax, or sing around the fire pit (firewood is provided), or enjoy the 19 acre lake or small pond for fishing. The lake is full of bass, crappy, bluegill, catfish, and carp. Fishing enthusiasts be sure to bring your fishing poles and bait. Venture out in our 2 canoes (we have plenty of life jackets). You are located directly on the grounds of the famous Flash Baseball Complex where we shot a film in 2018 with Matthew Modine. This is Baseball Heaven. You are welcome to use of the facility. There is basketball, swimming, pool table, workout facility, batting cages with bats and helmets provided, and playsets for the little ones. 10 baseball diamonds. Reserve a diamond, batting cages, 7,000 sq. ft. turfed indoor room, and workout room ($25 daily activity fee - up to 2 hours per day for turfed indoor and baseball diamonds). You just need to request a time, and we would schedule you on the calendar. There are several grocery stores and local restaurants within 20 mins. So if you run out of anything, no worries. There are also some great dive bars within a 30 min radius. Some are on the Ohio River. And there are gas stations and dollar stores close by. Cincinnati is only a 45 minute drive if you have business in the city, or want to take a field trip to the Red's game, Coney Island, Turfway Downs, the Zoo, The Freedom Center or Union Terminal. We are located one hour from the Creation Museum and just over an hour to the Ark Encounter. Other great historical field trips within 30 mins are Grant's Boyhood Home and The Rankin House (Underground Railroad). The sunsets are magnificent, and the evenings are quiet. The lake has lots of birds and wildlife. Blue Herons, Egrets, and a family of Bald Eagles visit frequently. This will be a relaxing time for rejuvenating. We are a vacation within a vacation. One more thing to mention is that there is a covered bridge just about 5 miles from my house and it is very beautiful!

We purchased this house in 2017 and we have been making renovations since then. My family started using/renting it June of 2018. It’s in a great location- close to Riverbend, Belterra Raceway / Casino, Coney Island and about 25 minutes from Downtown Cincinnati- and it has an unbelievable view of the Ohio River- the pictures online don’t do it justice. It has 2 secluded acres and 100+ feet of water front on the Ohio River. You get the entire house (upstairs & downstairs) with the rental, which is a total of 4 bedrooms, 2 separate kitchens and 2 full bathrooms. The upstairs has 2 bedrooms: 1 king bed, 1 queen bed and a crib. The downstairs has 2 bedrooms: 1 queen bed and a bunk bed with a full-size bed on bottom and twin on top. My family and I enjoy fishing, boating, grilling out, and sitting around the bonfire. Keep your eyes open for bald eagles that live in the area. We have seen them in our own back yard! It’s a perfect property for those who enjoy the outdoors. FYI: Our home is located on the Ohio River. There is no clear/flat path to get to the water. If you decide to go to the water, it would be at your own risk.

Our Farm House is the original Fruit Hill Farm that the area is named for. It features award winning Flower Gardens with pathways. Zen Garden with a stone therapy foot labyrinth. We are 4-5 miles from RiverBend Concert Venue; Coney Island Amusement Park and Belterra Park Casino and Racetrack. Great American Ball Park, Paul Brown Stadium and The Banks are 11 miles west of us in downtown Cincinnati. Tour the Ohio River on a B&B Paddle boat. A quick drive to all that downtown Cincinnati and Over the Rhine has to offer while relaxing in an amazing country estate. The Miami, Little Miami and Ohio Rivers offer kayaking, canoeing and boating options. The Ohio to Erie Bike Trailheads offer parking with local shops, breweries and eateries to explore along the walk/bike route. Our favorite bike trail EVER is just a 10-12 mile drive to the quaint Newtown, Ohio trailhead. The full sized recreation of Noahs Ark encounter is an easy 45 mile drive away. An authentic log built luxury cabin perched on one of the tallest points in the county provide for amazing sunsets and impressive views of the valley below. Now, let us tell you more about the cabin: Authentic Timber Frame Log Home sitting on top of a ridge overlooking the Little Miami Valley in Loveland Ohio. Bring your large family or group to stay a few nights or a while longer. This cabin comes with two large decks looking toward the sunsets in the west and two decks looking east toward the hobby farm pastures and barn. Inside features two first floor king bedrooms, a full bath with a tub/shower, a fully remodeled kitchen with oven/stove, dishwasher, fridge and garbage disposal. Kitchen also features a large counter bar and is adjacent the large dining room featuring a dining table that can accommodate 10+ people. The family room is open to the dining room and kitchen and features a large brand new stone wood burning fireplace. Next to the family room, in the large entry space, sits a pool table for your enjoyment as well. Sleeping for 11 upstairs includes 5 single twin sized beds, one twin daybed with twin trundle, and a full sized futon, twin size pull out ottoman and a Queen bed. There is also a large full bathroom upstairs featuring a large soaking tub and separate walk-in shower. The entire upstairs is a large open room with doors on either end that open to balconies including rocking chairs for enjoying the sunrise or the sunset. Also upstairs is a media area with a tv, a TV with HBO and cable, an Atari 2600 with 105 games and two controllers and a full bath with a large soaking tub and separate shower. There are rustic pine hardwood floors throughout the both the main level and the upper floor. The Lower Level/Basement walks out the rear patio where the hot tub is located. This level features a game area, sofa area with Smart TV, kids play areas, full sized air hockey table and a full sized driving video arcade game and an additional full bathroom (walk in shower, sink & toilet). We also provide a pack n play, high chair and a stroller in case you should need them for your little one during your stay. The home is complete with all the creature comforts and many of the essentials you will need during your stay including a fully stocked kitchen with plates, bowls, pots and pans, drink ware, silverware and cooking utensils. There is also a drip style coffee pot, coffee filters and coffee and tea available at the home. An additional Keurig coffee maker is also available for you bring along your coffee pods for use in during your stay. A toaster and slow cooker is also available for you to use and a kettle for heating up water. We also provide shampoo, conditioner and soap so you don't have to pack your own if you would like to save the space in your luggage. There is also dish soap in the kitchen and hand soap in the bath rooms. And, of course, starter sets of toilet paper and paper towels and trash bags (it may be necessary to purchase more for your stay if you use what we have provided as they are only replenished between guest stays). Requests to add it later will include an additional $50 administrative fee and may not be able to be accommodated as the spa pro's schedule does fill up during the busier seasons. Cancellations*: We do not offer refunds for cancelled stays for any reason outside of our cancellation policy (50% refund of stays cancelled at least 30 days in advance, no refunds within 30 days plus $50 cancellation fee). The home has 4 beds in 3 bedroom areas and a portable cot so that it will sleep up to 6 guests (ideally 4 is the best fit, though and what is included in our base rental charge!). Please be sure to note the layout of the bedrooms and beds to be sure it will work for your group before booking as the 3rd bedroom is off of the master bedroom. Now for the fun part! Start your day by taking a seat on the expansive front porch overlooking the 4 acres of fields and forest and enjoy the gentle river breeze. Later, take a hike down to the river with your chair and sit on the rocky beach to listen to the rapids or bring your fishing pole and try your hand at fishing. Before dark, jump on your bike and head north for a half of a mile to downtown Loveland for dinner or a drink. Although it has been completely remodeled inside and out, there are quirks that come with a historic home like sloping floors, room layouts, settlement cracks here and there to name a few. While those things are expected and don't bother most guests we want to make sure to point them out so you can make the decision before booking if they will bother you. We think they add to the charm and appeal of the home and love the history that this home has sitting next to the bike trail (that used to be the railroad tracks through here!) and is truly part of what we love so much about our sweet little treasure along the trail :) PETS: we can accommodate up to two dogs (small to medium sized - 50lbs or less) for an additional nightly fee of $25 each. Our place is located is a quaint neighborhood of mostly single family homes. While our home is a duplex, you wouldn't be able to tell that from the road. While there is a bus stop right around the corner and we are close enough to walk to Kenwood Towne Centre, this area is best experienced with a car. Onsite parking is available for up to four cars during your stay. If additional parking is needed, please message us and we will try to find ways to accommodate.

Our cozy apartment is the perfect place to stay, just steps from Oakley Square in Cincinnati! Nestled in the perfect location, you will find this 3rd floor apartment has 2 well appointed bedrooms, and a full bathroom. Whether you are in town for an event, or for work, the Oakley Oasis provides everything you and your group will need to have a comfortable nights sleep, and ready to explore Cincinnati. Though our apartment has no kitchen, it does have a small kitchenette with mini-fridge, microwave, and Keurig coffee maker. Our apartment has 2 queen beds, and a premium queen air mattress. Parking for 2 cars off street, and more street parking available. We have a team of support staff that will be available during your stay. We will provide you with your space, but are just a quick message away from helping out! Oakley Square is a quaint walking neighborhood packed full of historic and new. Lots of great restaurants for the discerning foodie, or great nightlife spots if that is your style. Our location is just a 2 minute walk to the main Lyft and Uber are excellent in our area, and we are just a few minutes drive to the freeway.
